My stay at City Apartments Newcastle had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff were friendly and handled complaints effectively, but the upkeep of the apartment left much to be desired. I encountered issues with cleanliness and plumbing, which overshadowed the potential of what could have been a pleasant stay. Overall, with a great location, it has promise, but needs improvements.

I just returned from a three-day break in Newcastle and had an amazing time at City Apartments. The apartment was modern and spacious, with fantastic views of the Quayside. although I did feel a bit uneasy about the location at night. Despite this, the friendly staff and lovely recommendations made my stay special.
